The Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded to two separate vehicle accidents on Saturday, where both drivers were cited for failure to control.

Early Saturday morning, just after 6 a.m., Dallas Miller, 21, of Ostrander, was traveling east on State Route 274 near County Road 154 in a 2015 Kia Sorento.

Miller drove off the left side of the road, striking a chain-link fence and a gas meter.

He was not injured, and deputies believe he may have fallen asleep at the wheel.

Miller was cited for failure to control, and his vehicle was towed from the scene.

Saturday night, just before 11 PM, Marcus Conley, 29, of Kenton, was driving a 1999 Volkswagen Jetta south on County Road 63 near County Road 64 when he went left of center, overcorrected, and rolled into a ditch.

He sustained minor injuries and was transported by Riverside Emergency Medical Services to Mary Rutan Hospital.

He was also cited for failure to control, and his vehicle was towed.

No other vehicles were involved in either crash.
