Local law enforcement responded to two crashes Wednesday morning.
Shortly after 8 a.m., a rear-end collision occurred on South Main Street in Bellefontaine.
According to the Bellefontaine Police Department, a 2014 Ford Focus driven by George Dapice, 30, of Bellefontaine, struck the rear of a 2007 Chrysler Town & Country driven by Kelsey Fox, 28, of Bellefontaine.
Fox was transported by Bellefontaine EMS to Mary Rutan Hospital for possible injuries.
Dapice was cited for assured clear distance ahead. No other details were reported.
Earlier in the morning, at nearly 6:30 a.m., Logan County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a crash on State Route 287.
A 2006 Chevrolet Malibu, driven by Zander Sabel, 24, of North Lewisburg, ran off the right side of a curve while southeastbound.
The vehicle rolled into a seep ditch before coming to rest in a hayfield.
Sabel was not injured and was not cited.
