According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, early Sunday morning, just before 1:00 AM, a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado driven by 16-year-old Blake McVety of Wapakoneta failed to stop at the intersection of County Road 49 and County Road 57, continuing through the intersection and into a ditch.

Two teenage passengers suffered suspected serious injuries.

A 17-year-old girl was transported to Lima Memorial Hospital, and a 16-year-old girl was taken to Mary Rutan Hospital by Huntsville Fire.
