According to the Bellefontaine Police Department, a two-vehicle accident happened Thursday evening just after 6 o’clock at the intersection of Troy Road and West Sandusky.
Emily Holliday, 28, of Wilmington, was traveling south in her 2023 Kia Soul when she pulled into the path of Hannah Johnson, 17, of Lakeview, who was driving east on West Sandusky in her 2002 Honda Accord.
The two vehicles collided when Johnson’s Honda struck the passenger side of Holliday’s Kia.
Holliday was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital with possible injuries by Robinaugh EMS.
A minor, who was a passenger in Holiday’s car, was also transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by the Bellefontaine Fire Department.
Holliday was cited for a stop sign violation related to the crash.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
