Wednesday, just after 6:00 PM, Logan County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of County Road 130 and County Road 37, just outside Huntsville.
Cory Hilman, 43, of Bellefontaine, was driving a 2015 Ford Transit southbound on County Road 130 when a 2006 Acura TL, driven by Brandon Hutton, 18, of Huntsville, failed to stop at the stop sign and struck Hilman’s vehicle.
Chloe Speakman, 24, of Bellefontaine, was a passenger in Hilman’s vehicle.
She was transported by Huntsville EMS to Mary Rutan Hospital for suspected minor injuries.
Hutton was cited for failing to obey a traffic control device.
The roadway was closed for a short time while authorities cleaned up the accident.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
