A two-vehicle crash on County Road 29 Friday afternoon resulted in a citation, but no injuries were reported.
According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened around 3:20 p.m. in the 2100 block of County Road 29.
A 2011 Ford Edge driven by 20-year-old Sadie Thompson of Bellefontaine was traveling westbound when she hit the rear of a 2019 Ford F-150 driven by 63-year-old Benjamin Weaver of Mechanicsburg.
Weaver had slowed or stopped in traffic to allow Thompson to pass when the collision occurred.
Thompson was issued a citation for assured clear distance ahead.
The Ford Edge sustained functional damage, while the F-150 sustained minor damage.
