Tuesday morning, Ashley Moore, 26, of Gahanna was traveling northbound on US 33 West when Brian Burkhammer, 57, of Bellefontaine, failed to yield at the intersection of US 33 and TWP RD 95.
As a result, Moore struck Burkhammer’s vehicle.
She sustained minor injuries and was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by Indian Lake EMS.
Burkhammer was not injured and was cited for Right of Way.
Moore told deputies that she did not have motor vehicle insurance.
Both vehicles sustained moderate damage.
