The final total is in for the 2025 United Way Campaign, and it’s a big one — $1,038,706.00.
United Way officials announced the milestone Thursday morning during the organization’s annual Awards Breakfast, held at Otterbein Green Hills in West Liberty.
Becca McGillis, Executive Director, thanked donors and volunteers for their generosity and commitment, saying the campaign’s success reflects strong community support.
McGillis also thanked the 2025 Campaign Chairman, Dougie Boggs, for his endless hours of dedication and help.

Several awards were presented recognizing outstanding contributions in 2025.
Honors included the Good Neighbor Award, along with Silver, Gold, and Double Gold Level distinctions.

- Center Point Energy earned the Highest Per Capita Small Business

- Marker received the Highest Per Capita Large Business
Finally, a new honor was introduced this year with the Community Impact Award, presented to Tammy Gump as the inaugural recipient for her dedication and service to the community.


McGillis also shared a look ahead, announcing that Women United will return to Logan County in 2026.
The program had taken time off during leadership changes within the philanthropic hub, and its return is expected to strengthen community engagement and impact.
