No one was injured after debris from a trailer struck an oncoming vehicle Friday morning.
According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened just before 10:00 a.m. on Township Road 216 at County Road 18.
Deputies say Edward McGowan, 57, of DeGraff, was driving a 2025 Chevrolet 3500 pickup northbound while pulling a trailer when part of the load came loose and fell into the roadway.
The debris struck a 2017 Honda Civic driven by 21-year-old Maddie Combs of Bellefontaine, who was traveling southbound on Township Road 216.
McGowan was cited for having an unsecured load.
