Sisters-in-law Sarah Warren and Miranda Warren appeared before the Top of Ohio Patriots Tuesday night at the Ohio Hi-Point Career Center to discuss their campaigns for the Logan County Court of Common Pleas Family Division judgeship.
The position is a six-year term beginning February 9, 2027.
The judicial race will appear as a nonpartisan race on the November general election ballot.
Sarah Warren currently serves as a magistrate in the Logan County Court of Common Pleas Family Court Division.
Before becoming a magistrate, Warren spent more than 10 years as an assistant county prosecutor, where she handled felony criminal cases and took cases to jury trial.
She also previously worked as a court-appointed attorney handling juvenile delinquency and children’s services cases.
Warren is a graduate of Fairbanks High School and earned her law degree from Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law.
She began working in Logan County in the early 2000s as a legal assistant at Brandt and Moell in West Liberty.
She returned to Family Court as a magistrate in July 2024.

Miranda Warren is a family law attorney and managing partner of Warren & Hall, Ltd. She says she has nearly 20 years of experience serving families in Logan County and surrounding communities.
Her practice includes domestic relations, juvenile and probate matters. Warren says she has represented hundreds of families and has experience with the types of cases handled by Family Court.
Miranda Warren earned a bachelor’s degree in American History from The Ohio State University and her law degree from Capital University Law School.
