Wednesday night, Bellefontaine Police were called to a bar on South Main Street because a couple refused to leave when asked by staff.
Staff informed officers that two customers, later identified as Jessup Rupp and Nicole Kemo, of West Liberty, refused to leave the establishment.
Rupp and Kemo showed several signs of intoxication when spoken to and were in no shape to safely drive.
They were placed under arrest and transported to the Logan County Jail where they were charged with criminal trespassing.
