  • The Kellers – 127 TR 175 (Ricketts Road), West Liberty

Her garden is a reflection of years of passion and learning, with vibrant poppies and thoughtful plantings that delight visitors.

  • The Detwilers – 394 State Route 507, West Liberty
Karrie Detwiler’s passion for gardening began in her 20s with help from her grandmothers, who inspired her love for both vegetables and flowers. Her happiest moments are spent wandering her gardens, pulling weeds, and tending to treasured plants like her grandmother’s hydrangeas, old varieties of columbine, and clematis. Karrie shares her favorite gardening wisdom: “See a weed, pull a weed. Leave a weed, pull three.” Her gardens are living family heirlooms, filled with starts she’s carried from home to home—including mums that root and thrive from simple cuttings.
