West Liberty-Salem Wins Against West Jefferson

The West Liberty-Salem boys basketball teams all had wins Monday night.

The Varsity team, now 4-2 overall and 4-1 in the OHC, defeated West Jefferson 55-30.

Brevin Louden led the team with 15 points, followed by Carson Poppe with 10, and Garrett Wallen with 9.

Isaiah Reames scored 7 points, and Caleb Hershberger added 6.

Sutton Wilcoxon, Sam Strapp, and Troy Christison each scored 2 points.

The JVA team, still undefeated at 6-0, beat West Jefferson 53-15.

Casey Boyer scored 18 points, while Beckett Sullivan added 10.

Sam Strapp, Noah Sarver, Brayan Gullett, and Tucker Searles each scored 5 points.

Josiah Johnson had 3 points, and Conner Leichty added 1 point.

The JVB team, also undefeated at 6-0, won a close game against London 42-38. Brayan Gullett scored 12 points, and Zeke Longshore added 10. Casey Boyer and Liam Barger each scored 7 points, and Braden Hershberger scored 4. Colton Neeld scored 2 points.

All three teams will play again on Friday, January 3rd, at Northeastern.
