There is a planned power outage on Tuesday in the Village of West Liberty.
AES will be upgrading powerlines on the village’s east side and the downtown area.
The planned outage will be from 10 AM to 4 PM.
There will be moving street closures as crews work in these areas.
AES and the village apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
