Leon Horton, 58, of Zanesfield, was arrested early Monday morning for operating a vehicle under the influence after a two-vehicle crash on County Road 29.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Hoton sideswiped another vehicle driving in the opposite direction.
He went on to fail field sobriety tests after troopers noticed he showed several signs of impairment.
Horton was arrested and transported to the Marysville Post, where he blew a breath test of 0.200, more than two times the legal limit.
He was lodged in the Logan County Jail and faces charges of OVI and was issued a citation for going left of center.
