The Chieftain swim team hosted a 7-team invitational Friday night. Both the girls’ and boys’ teams won the meet.
The Chieftain boys scored 71 points with Bethel second scoring 45 points.
The Lady Chiefs finished with 77 points while Kenton Ridge finished 2nd with 51.

The Chieftains’ goal is to continue to push through tired and improve and they saw both from their swimmers.
Will Myers had the biggest drops for the Chiefs, taking 7.72 seconds off his 200 Freestyle and 9.64 seconds off his 500 Freestyle.
Gillian Steele dropped 5 seconds from her 200 IM time.
Kate Myers, Claire McDaniel, Jillian Ullom, Jaylen Henry, Blaine Mitchell, and Oliver Grandstaff also had personal best times during the meet.
The team next competes at the Bellbrook Invitational on January 4th.
