7th-Grade Lakers advance to CBC Title game – Wednesday Jr High Volleyball results

The Benjamin Logan 7th-grade volleyball team lost to London in straight sets: 12-25 and 14-25.

Autumn Cline served 2 aces and a kill.

Georgia Daniels had an ace and 2 kills.

Kelsey Jumper and Shea Schnieder each had an ace.

Nevaeh Fogle added a kill.

The Lady Raiders finish the season 15-6.

The Indian Lake 7th-grade team defeated North Ridge in straight sets: 25-13 and 25-11 to advance to the CBC championship game.

Indian Lake was 44/49 from the serving line, with 15 of those being aces. They also put down 9 kills and picked up 7 digs.

The Lady Lakers will play London Saturday at Kenton Ridge High School for the championship game.

Indian Lake’s 8th-grade team lost in straight sets against number-one seed Jonathan Alder: 24-26 and 23-25.

The Lakers had 30 hits with 12 kills, 19 digs, and four blocks.

Cami Bailey went 5/6 serving with seven hits, four kills, three digs, and two blocks.

Courtney Altstaetter had six hits, four kills, and two blocks.

Addy Roby went 9/9 serving with four hits, two kills, and six digs.

Jessica Savage went 9/10 serving with three digs.

Ady Oldiges served up eight points while Brynna Avila served five.

Alayna Boyd, Kiera Barnes, and Quinn Imm had two saves each in the match.

The 8th-grade Lady Lakers finished their season 17-6.
