The 2025 Southwest District football teams were announced Monday, highlighting another strong year of high-level talent across Logan County and the surrounding region. Programs such as Indian Lake, Riverside, Bellefontaine, West Liberty–Salem, and Ben Logan were all well represented, with athletes earning spots on the First Team, Second Team, and Honorable Mention lists at multiple divisional levels.
This year’s selections reflect both individual excellence and team success, as several schools coming off playoff appearances or winning seasons saw their top performers recognized. From explosive playmakers and lockdown defenders to dominant linemen and special-teams standouts, the district honorees showcased the depth and competitiveness of area football in 2025.
