The Urbana girl’s varsity basketball team dominated Springfield Northwestern 62-19 Saturday afternoon.
For Urbana, Peyton Mounce had 30 points, 12 rebounds and 2 blocks.
Alex Dixon scored 15 points, 5 assists, and 6 steals.
Urbana will move on to phase Indian Lake on Thursday night.
The Riverside Lady Pirates basketball team ended their season on Saturday against Mississinawa Valley 69-33 and tournament play.
The Pirates kept it close in the first quarter with only a 21-13 deficit, but Mississinawa Valley came out in the second quarter and got out to a 29-point lead going into the half.
In the third quarter, the Blackhawks held a 59-28 lead and sailed through the fourth quarter to win the game.
Leading the Pirates and scoring was Emma Saylor with 14 points and Aubree Huston chipped in 7.
The Pirates ended their year with an 8-15 record and finished 4-10 in the conference.
Calvary Christian fell at Newton on Saturday 63-26.
Also on the hardwood, Graham enjoyed a win over Valley View 51-34.
