Wednesday, the Bellefontaine boys golf team was defeated by Kenton Ridge with a final score of 162 to 180 in a home match.
Despite the loss, the team showcased some strong individual performances.
Leading the charge for Bellefontaine was Collen Brugler, who delivered an impressive round of 40.
Noah Smith added to the team’s effort with a notable birdie on hole 15, holed out from 120 yards, finishing with a score of 46.
Rory Pierce also contributed with a score of 46, while Kyle Boop rounded out the team’s scoring with a 48.
While Bellefontaine fell short this time, the team’s solid performances reflect their potential as they move forward in the season.
