Bellefontaine Lost to London, West-Liberty Salem Beats Northeastern; Indian Lake Shuts Out Benjamin Logan; Riverside Falls to Lehman


The Bellefontaine Chiefs lost a heartbreaker at London last night.

Both teams were strong on the bump on Monday, but London was just a little bit stronger at the plate in their 3-2 victory over Bellefontaine Chiefs.

Alex Crabill started the game for Bellefontaine a single by Zane Tevis on a full count put the Chiefs on the board with a 2-0 lead.

Riley Neer, Tevis, Jose Sandoval, and Carter Caudill each collected one hit for Bellefontaine.


The Tigers beat Northeastern on Monday 15-2 in OHC play.

Eli Allen got the win for the Tigers.

The Tigers are now 10-3 on the season and travel to Northeastern to play the Jets again Tuesday.


The Indian Lake Lakers shut out Benjamin Logan 5-0.

Camdon Tuttle struck out eleven batters as the righty led the Lakers.

He gave up three hits and zero runs over seven innings walking one.

Tuttle went 1-for-3 on the day. Burke Lillard Dawson Finfrock, Madden Lillard, and Bryce Burton each collected a hit for the Lakers.

They will take on Northwestern on Tuesday.

Ethan Martin took the loss for the Raiders.

The righty went six innings allowing five runs on five hits, striking out one and walking two.

Anthony Griffith and Camden Spriggs each collected a hit for Benjamin Logan.

They were sure-handed and didn’t commit a single error.

Hunter Peterson made the most plays with 11.


Riverside lost a lopsided game to Lehman Catholic 16-6 Monday night.

The lone bright spot for the Pirates was Gavin Robinson as he went 2-2 and drove in a run.

Riverside drops to 6-4 and 2-4 in league play.
