The Bellefontaine tennis team hosted the Shawnee Braves for a CBC twin bill Monday night.
The Chiefs won the first match 4-1 and then stepped it up and won the nightcap 5-0.
- 1st Singles Xavier Sims(B) defeated Calvin Auckerman 8-4 and 8-4
- 2nd Singles Cameron Kusmierczyk defeated Max Fissel(B) 8-5; Max Fissel(B) def Cameron Kusmiercyzk 8-7
- 3rd Singles Quinn Slagle(B) defeated Chloe Kusmiercyzk 8-7 and 8-5
- 1st Doubles Truman Howell/Trey Taylor(B) defeated Ryan Naill/Lalit Shrestha 8-2 and 8-2
- 2nd Doubles Elias Abrego/Bryce Harris(B) defeated Amelia Weaver/Josh Vanetta 8-0 and 8-0
The Chieftains improve to 7-2 in the CBC and 8-3 overall.
Bellefontaine heads to Kenton Ridge country Tuesday to battle the Cougers.
