The Bellefontaine Chiefs hosted visiting Triad on Saturday, with both the Varsity and JV Red teams picking up strong victories.
Varsity swept the Cardinals in straight sets, 25-12, 25-14, 25-12.
Kelsie Snapp led the way with 17 kills, 10 digs, 13-of-14 serving with an ace, and 2 blocks.
Madi Zedeker contributed 27 assists, 8 digs, 5 aces, and went a perfect 16-for-16 at the service line.
Other standout performances included Ava Layman with 9 kills, 11 digs, and 2 aces, Jillian Ullom with 15 digs and perfect serving, Presley Vigansky with 2 blocks and an ace while serving 10-for-11, and Ari Rangel adding a block.
With the win, the Chiefs improve to 11-3 on the season.

JV Red also won in straight sets.
Highlights included Rosie Lightle with 6 assists, 2 aces, and 4 digs; Brookyne Kuntz with perfect serving, an ace, and 7 digs; Alayna Boyd with 6 assists, 4 aces, and 3 kills; and Ariane Moser and Lyla Conner each with 3 kills, with Conner adding an ace.
Lexi McKirahan and Lexey Brown served perfectly, with Brown recording 6 aces and 2 kills.
The Chiefs will return to action on Monday, beginning the second round of CBC Kenton Trail play as they host Urbana.
