Benjamin Logan & Bellefontaine Bowlers Strike Friday Night

The Lady Raiders Bowling team defeated Shawnee 2,036 to 1,546 Friday night.

Leading for the Raiders was Hunter McColloch with games of 145, and 193 for a 338 series.

Reigan Thomas rolled games of 139, and 172 for a 311 series.

Maddy Hamm chipped in a 172 game.

The Raiders are back in action on Thursday, January 11th at 4 pm at Plain City lanes against Jonathan Alder.

 

The Benjamin Logan Boys Varsity Bowling team pushed its overall CBC record to 9-0 Friday night with a victory over Shawnee.

Total pinfall: Ben Logan – 2779 to Shawnee – 2613.

Leading the Raiders was Daven Williams with games of 249, 199 – 448 series, Jarrett Buckenroth with games of 199, 225 – 424 series, Nate Davis with games of 195, 217 – 412 series, and Landon Stoodt with games of 232, 165 – 397 series. Caleb Knight chipped in with a 194 game.

In the Varsity Baker Games, Ben Logan split with Shawnee, 2-2.

The Benjamin Logan Boys JV squad was also victorious against Shawnee. Total pinfall: Ben Logan – 2160 to Shawnee – 1952.

Leading the JV squad was Graham Studebaker with games of 184, 158 – 342 series, Aaron Vogelsang with games of 187, 149 – 336 series, and Hayden Godwin with games of 173, 148 – 321 series.

The JV squad is now 6-2 on the season.

The Ben Logan Boys Varsity & JV teams will return to action on Thursday, January 11, 2024, when they travel to Plain City Lanes to take on Jonathan Alder.

The first strike will fall at 4:00 PM.

 

The Bellefontaine girls bowling team fell to North Union Friday.

For the Chiefs Gracie Hood rolled 174, 201 games for 375 series, Haylee Yelton 188 game 342 series, Chloe Heminger a193 game 328 series, Avery Mullins a169 game 319 series, Haylee Rutherford 159 a game and 305 series.

Varsity girls are now 11-0 for the season.

JV girls won their match 1997 – 1157.

The high for the girls was Nevaeh Lafollette 202 game 348 series, Skybree Knotts 167, 168 =335, Isabelle Gunnett 159 game 280 series.

 

Bellefontaine Boys Bowling brought home a double win Friday.

Leading the boys was David Allen with games of 168, and 207 for a 375 series.

Brandon Pinkerton 196, 164 with a series of 360.

Jacob Lynch added games of 159 and 191 for a series of 350.

Rory Pierce added a 340 series.

Beckett Vilaysane added a 320 series.

Garrett Brede rolled a 237 game.
