Benjamin Logan falls to Northwestern; West Liberty-Salem remains undefeated

The Benjamin Logan varsity girls golf team traveled to Reid Park on Wednesday night to take on Northwestern.

The Lady Raiders finished with a team score of 232, coming up short against Northwestern’s 200.

Individually, Catherine Bramlage led the team with a 53, followed by Kaylynn Crumm with a 56, Sophia (River) VanVoorhis at 61, Annika Schmidt with 62, and Leah Braddock scoring 63. Bea Warren carded a 68, Montana Coleman shot 73, Kaydence Hamlin finished with 77, and Alayna Johnson had an 81.

The Lady Raiders will return to action next Tuesday at Lakeland Golf Course against Graham.

 

The West Liberty-Salem Lady Tigers golf team remained undefeated, improving to 8-0 with a victory over Greenview at Jasper Hills near Xenia.

Leading the way for the Lady Tigers was Olivia Reichardt, who carded a 42.

She was followed by Geneva Estep with a 48, Taylor Cook with a 51, and Breece Gullett with a 52.
