Monday, the Benjamin Logan 8th grade basketball team won a close game, beating Tecumseh 30-27 in the second round of the CBC tournament.
Karon McCoy led the Raiders with 9 points and 2 steals.
Micah Gregg added 8 points and 6 rebounds, while Gabe Predmore contributed 5 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists.
Carrick Spriggs had 5 points and 5 rebounds.
Ashe Moorehouse scored 2 points and had 1 steal and 1 assist.
Colton Little added 1 point and 2 assists, and Brantley Karn had 2 assists.
With the win, the Raiders improved to 12-6 and reached the CBC tournament Final 4 for the first time in several years.
Next, the Raiders will play Jonathan Alder on Thursday at 5:30 PM for a chance to move on to the championship game.
