Area softball teams took to the mound Monday evening.
In a walk-off, the Benjamin Logan JV Lady Raiders lost to Kenton Ridge 6-5 on the final play of the game.
Adilynne Gregg took the loss on the mound for Benjamin Logan. The Lady Raiders racked up five hits in the game.
Sidney Sallee, Tanna Jacobs, and Keeli Rostorfer all had two hits for the Benjamin Logan JV Raiders.
They are now 2-2 on the season. They host Graham Tuesday night starting at 5 pm.
Bellefontaine High School fell to Jonathan Alder High School at home 14-10.
The Lady Chiefs continued to battle the whole game.
Offensively Emma Crabtree went 4-4, Averie Vigansky went 2-4 with a double, Alexza Clifton went 2-4 with a home run, and Addison Wical and Rianna Fullerton added doubles.
The Lady Chiefs will play at Jonathan Alder on Wednesday.
Riverside hosted Jackson Center in non-league play and came away with a 5-4 win.
It took the Lady Pirate’s offense a little bit of time, but the team came alive late to get enough runs to win the game.

Alaina Snow came in for the last three innings gave up one hit and struck out 8.
