BMS Cross Country Runs in Northwestern Invitational: WLMS at Bob Schul

Benjamin Logan Middle School Cross Country teams competed Saturday in the Northwestern Invitational.
The girls team finished in 7th place. Gwen Smith led the team placing 14th out of 74 competitors, with a time of 15:18, Lottie Bodin was 21st with 15:57, Cielo Wilcox 49th, Illy Vermillion 53rd, Mia Ortiz 54th, and Mallori Chapman 60th.
In the boy’s race of 54 runners, BL finished 5th led by Greyson Butler 29th in 16:08, Roman Williams 37th, Logan Watkins 40th, Miles Grandbois 43rd, and Ezra Ramsey 45th.
The team will compete Tuesday at the Logan County Meet at Southview Park in Bellefontaine.

The West Liberty-Salem Big Orange Middle School cross country teams competed at the Bob Schul Invitational Saturday.

The girls were in 9th place out of 27 teams.

  • Addi Wallen led the team finishing 4th place out of 263 runners in a time of 13:36.

The boys were in 1st place out of 28 teams.

The team will return to competition in two weeks at the Tiffin Carnival.
