Bowling Friday Night: Bellefontaine Rolls Past Kenton Ridge; Riverside Falls


Bellefontaine girls bowling defeated Kenton Ridge Friday night.

Gracie Hood led the Lady Chiefs with games of 224, 277 for a 501 series, Nevaeh Lafollertte 158, 192 = 350 series, Haylee Yelton 212 game 342 series, Chloe Heminger added a 167 game and Haylee Rutherford a 155 game.

The girls are now 12 – 0 in the CBC.

The JV girls won 1466 – 1129

Leading the Chiefs were Skybree Knotts 169, 150 = 319, and Kinzie Bernard 143 game 276 series.

Girls will be back in action on Monday at the Kings Classic Tournament at T-P Lanes.


BHS boy’s bowling started strong and fell off in bakers.

Leading the Chiefs was Rory Pierce with games of 194, 187 for a series of 381.

Beckett Vilaysane added a 193 game, Alex Moon added a 201 game, David Allen rolled a 180 game, and Garrett Brede rolled a 203 game.

JV brought home a win with 2328 to 2200. Paul “Van” La Follette rolled a 243 game.

Brandon Pinkerton added a 191 game Jacob Lynch added a 188.


Bethel visited Riverside Friday night at TP lanes in varsity bowling action.

Bethel girls came away with the win and leading the riverside girls was Kaitlyn Jackson with a 176 game and 319 series and Lei Hurley added a 143 game.

Bethel also won the boys match as Riverside was short-handed with 4 bowlers 2116-1976.

Leading Riverside was Cooper Crouch with 219 game and 436 series and Aidden Manning added a PB game of 212.
