The Calvary Christian golf team earned a solid win Friday at Hidden Creek, defeating Lima Temple Christian 183–206.
Freshman Landon Jackson led the Spartans with a career-best round of 44, earning his first match medalist honors.
Seniors Jace Harpst and Brant Zell each shot 45, while Colton Smith added a 49.
Also contributing were Jett Harpst with a 54 and Grayson Barnes with a 59.
The Spartans credited improved chipping and putting as the key to the victory, with four players finishing in the 40s.
Calvary Christian returns to action Tuesday at home against Ridgedale.
