The Calvary Christian Spartans JV soccer team continued their strong season with a 1-0 victory over the Ada Bulldogs JV team on Monday night.
The game’s only goal came early, just one minute into play when Cale Buchenroth scored off an assist from Kole Gantz. Despite the early lead, the Bulldogs applied consistent pressure throughout the match.
Defensively, the Spartans were well-coordinated, with Ian Willis, Caleb Gantz, and Gavin Householder delivering key plays to maintain the shutout. Goalkeeper Brody Prall made 11 saves, including a crucial penalty kick stop, to preserve the clean sheet.
With this win, the Spartans now hold a 3-0-1 record for the season.
