Calvary wins over Spencerville

Calvary Christian continued their season with a decisive 6–1 victory over Spencerville High School on Thursday.

The Spartans saw contributions from all over the field, with five different players finding the back of the net.

Senior Nehemiah Dillon opened the scoring, followed by goals from senior Trent Comer, sophomore Cale Buchenroth, and freshman Adler Andre.

Sophomore Aiden Keller had a standout performance, netting two goals to cap off Calvary’s attack.

The Spartans also showcased sharp passing and teamwork, with assists spread across the lineup.

Dillon added an assist to his tally, while senior Evan Schmidt (1) and sophomore Cale Buchenroth (2) each set up key scoring chances.

With the win, Calvary Christian secured a strong 6–1 result, highlighted by balanced scoring and unselfish play across all grade levels.

Their next game is against Middletown Christian on Saturday.
