The Chiefs 11U were defeated 11–10 by the Lebanon Warriors in the Midwest Ohio League Semifinals Tuesday night in Tipp City.
The Chiefs trailed 6-2 entering the top of the 4th inning when their bats erupted for 8 runs on 8 hits to give the Chiefs a 10-6 lead.
The Warriors added 2 runs in the bottom of the fourth and were able to rally to score 3 runs in the bottom of the 6th inning to sneak away with the win.
The Chiefs finished with a record of 12-3 in the MWOL’s Northern Division, tieing for first place.
The Chiefs are 22-12 on the season and will wrap up their year in West Chester this weekend.
