The Chiefs struggled to generate momentum at the plate and ultimately fell by a score of 7–3.

Tovan Benton Jr. started on the mound for the Chiefs, allowing three hits and six runs during his time on the hill.

Offensively, the Chiefs saw contributions from multiple players, with Parker Artis, Tovan Benton Jr., Caleb Palmer, Sawyer Vermillion, Briar Barber, and Will Robb each collecting a hit.
