Chiefs 12U was able to overcome an 8-run deficit in a wild 22-14 victory against Gem City Bandits (Springfield, OH) Tuesday evening.
Gem City led the game 11-3 after 2 innings.
The Chiefs bats came alive in the third and stayed hot for the remainder of the game.
Every player in the Chiefs lineup had at least one hit on the evening led by a 4 for 4 day at the plate by Rowen Daring and a 3 for 3 day for Sammy Strayer.
The Chiefs improve to 15-3-1 on the season.
