Area high school bowling teams were in action Thursday across multiple sites, with Benjamin Logan, Bellefontaine, and West Liberty-Salem turning in a slate of strong individual performances and decisive team wins. From dominant showings on the girls’ side to high-series leaders on the boys’ lanes, all three programs opened the season with competitive energy and notable early-season momentum.

Bellefontaine

VARSITY GIRLS — Bellefontaine 2253, Jonathan Alder 1388

The Lady Chiefs dominated on the road at Plain City Lanes, defeating Jonathan Alder 2253–1388 behind a balanced scoring effort.
