The Bellefontaine Chiefs picked up a statement win Friday night, edging CBC rival Kenton Ridge Cougars 64–62 in a tightly contested matchup.
Bellefontaine held off a late Kenton Ridge push and stole the ball on a full-court inbounds pass to secure the two-point victory and improve to 11–10 on the season.

In the JV game, Bellefontaine earned a 52–43 win. Spencer Stolly scored 16 points, while Sam Jenkins added 14.
The freshmen contest also went Bellefontaine’s way, 43–41. Tyrin Johnson led with 18 points, and Zavion Perez chipped in 11.
West Liberty-Salem 57, West Jefferson 40
The West Liberty-Salem Tigers continued their strong season Friday night with a convincing 57–40 victory over Wthe est Jefferson Roughriders.
West Liberty-Salem improves to 18–3 overall and 13–2 in the OHC with the win.
