Tuesday night, the Riverside boys basketball teams faced Northridge at home.
In the freshman game, Riverside lost 51-20.
Gabe Steinman led the team with 9 points and 8 rebounds, while Aidan Fout netted 11 points and had 6 rebounds.
In the JV game, Riverside was defeated 57-36, with Syler Clark leading the Pirates with 15 points and 6 rebounds.
Justin Mazariegos added 9 points and 7 rebounds.
The varsity team also fell to Northridge, losing 76-44 to the top-ranked team in the TRC.
Jaxon Woods led the team with 15 points and 7 rebounds, followed by Brody Orsborne’s 13 points.
In other action, Benjamin Logan‘s JV Raiders lost to Kenton Ridge 50-11.
Diesel Baughman scored 5 points and Owen Stratton added 4 points.
The Freshmen team defeated Kenton Ridge 41-39.
Over at West Liberty-Salem, the varsity team lost 50-36 to Urbana.
Isaiah Reames led the Tigers with 14 points.
For the Hilclimbers, Brody Donahoe netted 13 points.

West Liberty-Salem’s JVA team defeated Urbana 43-37, with Casey Boyer scoring 16 points.
The JVB team came close but lost 34-33 to Urbana.
The West Liberty-Salem Tigers’ next game is Friday, January 24th, at home against Mechanicsburg.
Bellefontaine hosted North Union in a CBC matchup and won 64-57.
Jair Mundy led the Chieftains with 17 points, while Grayson Lotts added 13 points and Braylon Newcomb contributed 11 points.
