Area boys soccer teams opened OHSAA tournament play Tuesday, with Urbana earning a 3-2 victory over Tecumseh to advance to the next round. Graham fell 1-0 to Greenon, while Indian Lake suffered an 8-0 loss to top-seeded Oakwood, ending both teams’ seasons.
Urbana 3, Tecumseh 2
The Hillclimbers advanced to the next round of the OHSAA tournament with a 3-2 win over Tecumseh on Tuesday. Urbana travels to Bellbrook on Saturday for a 2 p.m. kickoff.
Greenon 1, Graham 0
Graham’s season came to an end with a 1-0 loss to Greenon in tournament action. The Falcons finish the season with a 5-7-3 record.
Oakwood 8, Indian Lake 0
Indian Lake fell to top-seeded Oakwood, 8-0, ending the Lakers’ season without a win.
