Benjamin Logan High School is proud to announce that Nate Davis, a senior at Calvary Christian School who competes for the Benjamin Logan Boys bowling team, officially signed with the University of Northwestern Ohio (UNOH) Racers to continue both his academic and bowling career.

Davis is a key member of the first State Championship Team in the history of Benjamin Logan Boys Bowling.

The signing ceremony took place at Benjamin Logan High School, where he was joined by his family, coaches, and teammates.

Davis chose to pursue a degree in Medium/Heavy Duty Diesel at UNOH, citing their “amazing Diesel Program” and the opportunity to be a part of their collegiate bowling team as key factors in his decision.

He selected UNOH after considering other prestigious programs at Ohio Northern University (ONU) and Ohio State University.

With personal and professional goals to either own a shop or work for a prominent diesel company, Davis believes his ability to be coached and his knack for quick learning is instrumental in his success at the collegiate level.

His expectations for himself include consistently shooting between 650 and 700 and securing a spot on the UNOH traveling team.

Barney Sullivan, Boys Bowling Coach at Benjamin Logan High School, says, “We would like to wish Nate the best of luck at the next level. We appreciate what Nate has done for the Benjamin Logan Bowling team and would like to thank him for his dedication and leadership on the team.”
