Elementary Lady Raiders Take the Court


The Benjamin Logan 6th grade girls beat Kenton Wild Sunday afternoon 17-9.

The offense was led by Marley Ladesma while Juliana Chapman led in rebounds.

The Raiders team defense was stifling.  Taryn Capalino, Brynnah Bayliss, and Veronica Smith forced several turnovers and Savannah Brown and Whitney Smith grabbed key rebounds.


The Benjamin Logan 4th Grade girl’s black team won on the road at Triad on Saturday 30-6.

The Raiders were led on offense by Mia Varian, Karra Taylor, Campbell Spriggs, and Claira Miller.

On the defensive end Meadow Predmore, Kenzie Moore, and Danyka Iiams led the raider efforts.


The Benjamin Logan 4th grade girls black team won at home vs. Fairbanks 24-5 on Sunday.

Offensively multiple Raiders put the ball through the hoop, led in scoring by Mia Varian.

Danyka Iiams and Olivia Marshall both made critical free throws during the contest to get the offense going.

Defensively the Lady Raiders were all over the court.

Mikaylah Cook, Campbell Spriggs, Meadow Predmore, and Aerianna Williams forced multiple turnovers and steals.

The Raiders black team is back in action next Saturday at Ben logan Middle School vs. Mechanicsburg.


Benjamin Logan’s 4th-grade girl’s gold team was in action at Kenton on Sunday vs. Wapakoneta, the Raiders came out on the losing end of this contest 24-17.

The team was led offensively by Brooke Black and Havyn Hefner who set the pace.

Defensively the Raiders were led by Sophia Carpenter and Rylee Boylan, who finished the game with multiple steals and rebounds.

The Raiders gold team is back in action next Sunday at Kenton.
