Five Raider MS wrestlers punch ticket to State

Twelve members of the Benjamin Logan Middle School wrestling team competed this weekend in the OAC District Tournaments, with five Raiders punching their tickets to the state tournament set for March 21–22.

The Raiders battled through deep brackets and strong competition throughout the day, earning multiple podium finishes.

Owen Marshall (4-1), Jennings Bednarki (5-1), and Carter Crumm (4-1) each claimed third-place finishes in their respective weight classes.

Ryan Miller (4-2) placed fourth, while Bryson Greiner (5-2) secured a fifth-place finish to round out the state qualifiers.

Marshall Elliott finished eighth overall, earning several key victories along the way and securing a spot as a state alternate.

Additional contributors for the Raiders included Luke Cronkleton, Obi Fahle, and Bently Lewis, who each recorded wins during district competition.

Benjamin Logan will now prepare its five state qualifiers for the OAC State Tournament on March 21–22.
