University of Findlay sophomore relief pitcher Camdon Tuttle (Russells Point, OH / Indian Lake) has been named a Second Team Preseason Division II All-American by D2 Baseball ahead of the 2026 season, marking the first time in program history that an Oiler has earned Preseason All-America recognition.
Tuttle’s recognition comes after a standout freshman campaign and continues a remarkable baseball journey that began at Indian Lake High School. A multi-sport standout, Tuttle wrapped up his high school career as one of the most decorated student-athletes in school history.
In golf, Tuttle earned the Central Buckeye Conference Sportsmanship Award as a freshman, Special Mention All-CBC as a sophomore, and First Team All-CBC honors as both a junior and senior. On the basketball court, he was named First Team All-CBC during his junior and senior seasons and earned Honorable Mention All-Ohio recognition as a senior.
On the baseball diamond, Tuttle earned Second Team All-CBC honors as a sophomore and First Team All-CBC recognition during his junior and senior seasons, all as a pitcher.
Generations of supporters and friends gathered earlier this month as Tuttle signed his college paperwork during Indian Lake’s Athletic Signing Day, officially committing to continue his academic and athletic career at the University of Findlay. He plans to major in mathematics, with aspirations of becoming a data analyst, while continuing to develop on the mound under head coach Matt Palm and the Oiler baseball program.
