The OHSWCA State Dual Championships – Division I tournament was held Sunday, February 15, at Marysville High School, where the Graham Falcons finished fourth in the state following three hard-fought duals.
Quarterfinals: Graham 49, Archbishop Moeller 16
Graham opened the day in dominant fashion, defeating Archbishop Moeller 49-16 in the quarterfinal round.
After dropping the opening bout at 106 pounds, the Falcons won 11 of the final 13 matches to pull away. Cooper Breslin (113) earned a technical fall, while Jake Landis (120) and Blaine DeMarco (132) recorded pins. Kaiden Galvan (126) added a major decision to spark the early run.
Cole Winemiller (150), Gabriel Krieger (157), Jakob Hoke (165), Kyler Crooks (175), Micah Krieger (190), and Danny Hoke (215) all added victories, including multiple bonus-point wins, as Graham advanced comfortably to the semifinals.

The Falcons came up just short in a tightly contested semifinal against Dublin Coffman, falling 36-34.
Landis (120), DeMarco (138), Winemiller (150), Jakob Hoke (165), Crooks (175), Danny Hoke (190), and Gage Stull (215) secured wins for Graham. However, forfeits at 126 and 132, along with early losses at 106 and 113, proved pivotal. The dual ultimately came down to heavyweight, where Coffman sealed the narrow victory.

In the third-place match, Graham faced Massillon Perry and fell 45-24, finishing fourth in Division I.
The Falcons picked up wins from Cooper Breslin (113) and Jake Landis (120), while Jakob Hoke (165) secured a pin and Gage Stull (215) added a first-period fall. Wyatt Kaemmerer also battled to a 2-0 decision at heavyweight.
Despite the loss in the final dual, Graham showcased its depth and competitiveness throughout the state tournament, earning a fourth-place finish against Ohio’s top Division I programs.
