The High Point Soccer Club U14 Girls took on the Wildcats SC Black at Blue Jacket Park in Bellefontaine on Wednesday.
HPSC took a 1-0 lead off a Belen Palmer goal. Ella Stoodt added a second goal for a 2-1 HPSC lead at halftime.
Gianna Davis continued the scoring in the second half by adding a goal for HPSC to come away with a 3-1 win.
Lucy Johns had 4 saves in goal.
It was a total team effort by Dovelyn Godsey, Kiera Clapsaddle, Addison Rutherford, Addison Headings, Madelyn Wood with offensive movement and defensively by Lottie Bodin, Brooklyn Smedley, Brylee Buyer, Layla Davis, and Fiona Sweeney slowing the Wildcat’s attack.
