2026 OHSAA State Bowling Tournament — Girls Division I

The best of Ohio girls high school bowling converged for the OHSAA Division I State Tournament on Saturday, March 7. Local standout Gracie Hood rolled a sensational series to capture the individual state title, leading a strong showing from the Bellefontaine Lady Chieftains.

Bellefontaine’s squad opened with a powerful qualifying round, finishing second overall and making the semifinals in bracket play for the second time in school history. The team’s depth and consistency were on full display, from high individual games to tough Baker performances against other top programs.

In addition to Hood’s championship performance, several teammates delivered solid efforts in the individual standings, showcasing the depth of bowling talent at Bellefontaine and setting the stage for a memorable day of competition.

With high scores, clutch strikes, and fierce competition from across Ohio, the Division I state tournament offered plenty of excitement and memorable moments.
