From Baseball to Wrestling, the ILHS Class of 2023 produced some excellent athletes.
A total of eight Laker seniors are committed to playing their sport (or sports) collegiately.
This week, Indian Lake Athletic Director Jeff Courter and Principal Kyle Wagner held a Signing Day Reception for each of those athletes to celebrate with family and friends. This is the first time Indian Lake has held a Signing Reception for athletes as a group all at one time.
Each student-athlete signed their official intent form and posed for pictures with coaches, family members, and fans.
Lakers who have now officially signed to play at college are:
Stephanie Altstaetter – Basketball at Wilmington College (OH)
Jaelyn Hughes – Bowling at Rio Grande University (OH)
Gavin Lones – Baseball at Wittenberg University (OH)
Jalan Martin – Bowling at Wittenberg University (OH)
Reece Martin – Wrestling at Adrian College (MI)
Andi Miller – Bowling and Softball at the University of Northwestern Ohio
Grace Pequignot – Soccer and Track at Carroll University (WI)
Gabe Shepherd – Soccer at Muskingum University (OH)
