Indian Lake 4, sponsored by the Washington Township Police Officers Association, captured the 2026 Logan County T-Ball Championship after an impressive tournament run.
The road to the title was anything but easy. Indian Lake 4 opened tournament play Friday with a hard-fought win over a talented Indian Lake 2 squad in a play-in game.
On Saturday, the team continued its winning ways, defeating DeGraff 1 and Indian Lake 3 to advance to Sunday’s semifinal round.
Indian Lake 4 then earned a victory over Zanesfield 1 in the semifinals, setting up a championship matchup against a strong Ridgemont 1 team.
In the title game, Indian Lake 4 broke things open with a big third inning at the plate and held on for the championship victory.
Members of the championship team are Paisley Thompson, Parker Thompson, Wynter Winegardner, Walker Winegardner, Bexley Schnarre, Silas Stevens, Liam Narcizo, Daylin Lykins, Daniel Butler, Blake Smith and Bradlee Lamb.
The team is coached by Michael Thompson, Cody Winegardner and Taylor Schnarre.
