Indian Lake Halts Benjamin Logan; More Softball Results

Indian Lake halted an 8-game winning streak for Benjamin Logan on Wednesday.

The score was 16-0.

It was a silent night for Benjamin Logan offensively.

The Lady Raiders saw hits from Kyndal Cronkleton, Courtney Bowers, and Tanna Jacobs.

Chloe Crumm and Adilynne Gregg shared time on the mound for the loss.

The Lady Raiders will work to bounce back as they travel to Johnathan Alder on Friday for a 7:30 game under the lights at Pasttime Park in Plain City.

For the Lakers, Halle Roby drove in four runs on three hits to lead the Lakers.

 

The Lady Chiefs played at home Wednesday and won against London 10-3.

The battery of Averie Vigansky (P) and Laila Butler (C) earned the win.

Offensively the Lady Chiefs had a total of 15 hits.

Kassi Prine lead the way going 4-4 with two doubles.

Rianna Fullerton and Airiana Young both went 2-3 with two doubles, Laila Butler went 2-3 with a double, Ellie Mitchell went 2-2, and Addison Wical added a double.

The Lady Chiefs will play again tomorrow at home against Springfield Shawnee.

The JV Lady Chiefs traveled to London Wednesday night and won 23-8.

Chloe Heminger had 6 RBIs on 3 hits with 2 triples.

Ava Dolan, Andie Eicher, Alayna Boyd, Brilee Joseph, Courtney Knight, and Haylee Yelton added multiple hits.

The Lady Chiefs sent 45 batters to the plate and only had 3 strikeouts with 13 walks.

The battery of Ava Dolan (P) and Haylee Yelton (C) got the win.

They faced 25 batters giving up 5 runs on 7 hits and striking out 3.

 

West Liberty-Salem lost to Triad 11-7 but collected 13 hits along the way.

Briley Sullivan and Brielle Milliron had 3 hits apiece while Kaylee Blair and Whitney Strapp each had 2 hits.

Tigers travel to SCC on Friday.

 

Graham won against Shawnee 6-5.

Tecumseh defeated Urbana 7-4.
