The Indian Lake Lakers continued their season strong this week with wins for both the 7th and 8th grade boys basketball teams. Wednesday night’s games featured sharp shooting, solid defense, and standout performances as the Lakers took on Graham, setting the stage for another matchup at home this Saturday against Jackson Center.
The Indian Lake 8th-grade boys basketball team picked up their first win of the season Wednesday night, defeating Graham 39–23. The Lakers caught fire from long range, knocking down eight three-pointers in the victory.
Scoring for Indian Lake (8th Grade):
Brady Jackson – 14 points, including three 3-pointers
Colt Volbrecht – 12 points, including two 3-pointers
Miller Hall – 10 points, including two 3-pointers
Calen McClelland – 3 points, on one 3-pointer
The Indian Lake 7th-grade boys team also earned a win Wednesday night, taking down Graham 39–31 in a hard-fought battle.
